About Us

BlueWaveHosting was founded in 2005.  The owners whom are both graduates of UCLA in Los Angeles have owned and operated their own online ecommerce websites since 1997.  After graduation from UCLA the owners decided that it was time to bring a change to the web hosting business.  After hosting with over 20 different large host out there, and after receiving the poor customer service and support that most large host provide, they decided it was time to open up doors.  They know what it means to provide true customer service, and that each individual is a customer a client, and our most valued asset.

While opening up shop they decided that they need to have a mission statement and to focus their entire operations off of it.  They both agreed upon...

BlueWaveHosting may be considered a "smaller" business than some of the other multi-million dollar operations out there, but with a smaller business we are able to focus on customer service, and support instead of focusing on obtaining new clients in the largest numbers possible.

The owners do not want the business to explode overnight, but instead want a slow and steady growth, so that they may adapt with the business, and to keep a tight watch on all operations.

BlueWaveHosting opened up it's customer service and Network Operations Center in Covina, California where the two founders reside.  The corporate headquarters are located in Covina, CA where the founders and lead staff run the executive offices.
